We are delighted to share that our annual summer BBQ was a resounding success, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments. The event saw our dedicated team come together for an afternoon of relaxation and fun!
The weather couldn't have been more perfect, with bright, sunny skies and a gentle breeze setting the ideal backdrop for the festivities. This led to a number of team members cooling off in the pool, joined by Steve the Dog!!
Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, we had live music performed by talented local rock duo, Under the Covers. Their energetic and memorable repertoire had everyone dancing and singing along, creating a truly festive vibe. The music was a delightful addition that resonated well with the joyful mood of the day.
One of the most thrilling highlights of the BBQ was the surprise appearance by the Red Arrows. Known for their breathtaking aerobatic displays, the Red Arrows delivered a spectacular show right above our heads whilst training for future shows.
Our culinary team outdid themselves, serving a mouth-watering array of BBQ dishes that catered to all tastes. From succulent burgers and sausages to delicious vegetarian options, the food was a hit among all attendees. The delightful spread was complemented by a selection of refreshing beverages, ensuring everyone stayed cool and satisfied throughout the day.
This event was not just about fun and relaxation but also a testament to the strong community spirit within our company. It provided an excellent opportunity for team members from different departments to interact, share stories, and strengthen their bonds outside the usual work environment.
